FAQ's How do I place my order? - to place your order online, simply browse through the online store, click on the products you like, chose your size and colour options and add them to your cart. Once you are done browsing, click on the shopping cart, this will take you to the check out. All that is left is to enter your shipping and payment details and you are done. I cannot order online, can I still order? - if you cannot place your order online, or the product you are looking for is not available, please contact us on 07 3325 5886 or emal info@terridonna.com and we will be able to assist you with placing your order. When will I receive my order? - products on terridonna.com are made to order. All orders are dispatched  within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Australian residents will recieve your order within 1-7 days after dispatch, depending on the shipping method chosen. What is something doesn't fit? - this is not a problem, send us an email to returns@terridonna.com so we know the goods are being sent back and the reason for the return. We will happily give an exchange or credit if the item is returned within 14 days of invoice date, item must be in tact with hygiene sticker in tact and returned with the invoice. We do not give refunds for change of mind, only for a manufacturing fault in a product. If an item online is marked sold out or is not showing a particular colour or size than it is more than likely not available any more.
