We are happy to provide exchanges on sizes, colours, or alternative products, this is only if the item is returned (invoice included) within 14 days of the purchase date shown on the invoice. The item must be unworn, and in original condition with swing tags attached and the hygiene sticker in tact. For hygiene reasons, we ask that you try your products on while wearing under garments.
The customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns, and these will not be refunded. Terri Donna will pay for the first exchange to be sent back to the customer. For any additional exchanges, all postage costs will then be the customerís responsibility.
We do not give refunds on products if you simply change your mind, or have made the wrong purchase. However, we are happy to exchange the item for an alternative product or size.
Terri Donna will replace, or refund your item if it has a manufacturing fault. Terri Donna has the right to assess the returned item before offering a repair, replacement, or refund. We will inspect the item once received, and will be in contact with relevant options.
Please notify us of the return by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can ensure we have your replacement stock available. If the item is not available, we will notify you via email.
