Ordering Policies

Welcome to the Terri Donna online store. Please ensure you understand the following policies and procedures before making your purchase.

To make a purchase, simply browse through our online store, click on the items you like, and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished browsing, simply click on the shopping cart. This will take you to the check out, which will have the accumulated items you have chosen while browsing. Now you just need to enter your details for shipping and payment.

Stock Availability

We are consistently updating our online stock, to ensure that our entire range is available, and can be dispatched quickly. In some circumstances, stock may sell out, in this event, we will contact you via email to discuss an alternative item, or you will have the option to cancel the order. Please note that if the order is being cancelled due to stock not being available, any payments processed will be refunded back into the account that the payment was made from.

Payment

We accept payments via Pay Pal, in Australian dollars. Please contact us for the relevant details, should you require to pay via direct deposit, cheque or money order. Please note that orders will not be dispatched until confirmation of payment has been received, please note some of these methods may take up to 7 business days to clear.
