All products are made to order and will be dispatched between 1-3 days of placing your order online.

Terridonna does not accept responsibilty for lost orders. We only post items to the address provided by the customer have offer registered postal options.

Australian residents

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post via express post which we can track or regular post, which you can chose from in the check out. Orders are sent to the address that you provide us with, so please ensure this address is correct.

Regular post $6-$12 depending on the quantity of goods purchased. Package will arrive in 1-7 business days from dispatch date.

Express post $10-$16 depending on the quantity of goods purchased. Package will arrive in 1-3 business days from dispatch date. Tracking codes are available for this option, please contact info@terridonna.com if required.

International residents

International orders are sent via both registered airmail (tracking available) and unregistered airmail (no tracking), you can chose options in the check out. Prices for these options are calculated by region of delivery address and weight of goods purchased. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order.
